This guide explains how to download the TerraGo mobile application, log in using your organization's credentials or email address, and synchronize application data.
Prerequisites
- Ensure you have a compatible mobile device. For additional details, see Supported Applications & System Requirements.
- Internet connectivity is required for initial login and data synchronization.
Install the Mobile Application
- Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Search for the TerraGo mobile application. The specific application name should be provided by your organization administrator. If you are unsure which application to install, contact your administrator for assistance.
- Download and install the application on your mobile device.
Logging In
There are two ways to log in. Select the method applicable to your account.
Option 1: Organization Login (SSO)
- Open the TerraGo mobile application.

Select SIGN IN WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION.
- Select your organization sign-in option from the list and tap Done.
- Enter your organization email address and password, then select Sign In.
- When prompted with "Stay Signed In?", select Yes.
- When prompted to open the page in the TerraGo mobile application, select Open.
Option 2: Email Login

Open the TerraGo mobile application and tap Login.

Enter your Email Address and select Continue.
- Enter your Password and select Continue.
Download Application Data
After logging into the mobile application, users may be prompted to download updated application data. This message may periodically appear as information across the platform changes.
Keeping application data updated ensures users are viewing the most current information available.

Select Update Now to begin downloading data.
- Wait for the progress bar to complete.

Select Done to proceed into the mobile application.
