This article explains how to access the Web Application via a browser. There are two ways to log in: using an Email Address or an Organization Account (SSO).
Prerequisites
- A compatible web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari).
- Your Project URL (e.g., https://orgname.terragostreetlights.com/).
First Time Users (Email Login)
If you are logging in with an email address for the first time, you must create your password via the Web App before attempting to log into the mobile app.
- An email is generated upon user creation with a temporary password and instructions.
Follow the link in the email to set your new permanent password.
Important: Temporary password expiration dates vary based on customer preference. If you are unsure of the duration, please contact your administrator.
Logging In
Navigate to your project's URL. Choose the method below that matches your account type.
Option 1: Login with Organization (SSO)
Click the button labeled LOGIN WITH ORGANIZATION.
- Select *Your Organization Name* Sign-In from the dropdown.
- Enter your standard Company Login Credentials.
(Note: If you are already logged into your company account in your browser, the system may verify you automatically and direct you to the home screen).
Option 2: Login with Email
- Enter your Email Address and Password in the fields provided.
Click Login.

Resetting User Password
Note: This step is for Email Logins only. It does not apply to users who select "Login with Organization".
- Beneath the Login button, click Forgot Password?.
Enter your email address when prompted and click Submit.

- A verification code will be sent to your email to reset the password.
