Short Answer

Select the "Forgot Password?" button on the login page (Web or Mobile app). You will receive an email with a verification code to create a new password.

Instructions for Web

1. Navigate to your project URL and click "Forgot Password?" under the Login button.

    

2. Enter your email address and click Submit. An email with a verification code will be sent to you.

     

3. Enter the verification code and your new password, then click Change Password.

      

Instructions for Mobile App

1. Open the app, tap Login, then tap Forgot Password?.

      

2. Enter your email address to receive a verification code.

    

3. Enter the verification code and new password. 
   Note: The "Change Password" button will appear once the fields are filled correctly.
