The Peer-to-Peer Collaboration tool allows you to quickly send updates to your colleagues. You can be prompted to add groups, comments, data and more by specifying preferences on the P2P Export pane in the TerraGo Preferences dialog box.

Specifying your contacts
To specify a group of contacts, you will need to create a .CSV file containing your contact information. Your CSV file should have the following columns:

Display name
-
Email address
-
Group name
Enter the contact information for each of you contacts into the appropriate column in your .CSV. If an individual belongs to more than one group, separate the group names with a comma.
Saving your file
The Contacts CSV File preference in the P2P Export pane in the TerraGo Preferences dialog box is pre-configured to look for a Contacts.CSV file in the <Local User>\AppData\Local\TerraGo Technologies\TerraGo Suite folder. If you save the .csv file to a location other than the default location, modify the path in the Contacts CSV File box in the P2P Export preferences.
