Before you install GeoPDF Publisher for ArcGIS Pro, make sure that your machine meets the necessary requirements.

You must have Administrator rights on your machine to run the installer.

Installing GeoPDF Publisher for ArcGIS Pro

1. Double-click the GeoPDF_Publisher_for_ArcGIS_Pro.exe file.
   Note: The installation program does not downgrade to a previous version. If you must install a previous version of the software, use the Add/Remove Programs and Features to uninstall the current version of the software.

2. In the Welcome dialog box, click Next.

3. In the License Agreement box, read and accept the terms of the license, then click Next.

4. In the Destination Folder dialog box, change the default installation destination if needed and then click Next.

5. In the Ready to Install the Program dialog box, click Install.

6. Standard Licensing - After installation is complete, click Activate to immediately activate the software. You can also activate the software at any time from the Start menu.

Decommissioning GeoPDF Publisher for ArcGIS Pro

The GeoPDF Publisher for ArcGIS Pro installation process uses a challenge/response system to ensure that the software is installed on only one machine. Should you need to move the GeoPDF Publisher for ArcGIS Pro software to another machine, Please request a COD (Certificate of Destruction) form to complete and send back to support@terragotech.com. You will need the Authorization Code and the Lock Code of the machine being decommissioned. Upon receipt, TerraGo support can confirm the transfer of the license and send you the instructions for activating GeoPDF Publisher for ArcGIS Pro on the new machine.
